No.25126 of 2011\n                             Sanjiv Kumar\n                                 Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar\n\n                                    -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02\/   28th July 2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                       and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                    Petitioner along with one Dilip Mukhiya<\/p>\n<p>                       carry     omnibus          allegations     where-under     the<\/p>\n<p>                       complainant, Sanju Devi was duped Rs.30,000\/- for<\/p>\n<p>                       which petitioner happens to be under custody since<\/p>\n<p>                       8.4.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                    In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                       the case, the petitioner, Sanjiv Kumar is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                       be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                       10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                       the     satisfaction     of   Chief      Judicial   Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                       Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.
