From the statement<\/p>\n<p>                   made in paragraph-3 thereof the Court is satisfied that<\/p>\n<p>                   the order on the writ petition stand complied. If the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is aggrieved by the quantum of payment or<\/p>\n<p>                   any further duration of the payment, his remedy lies in<\/p>\n<p>                   a fresh writ application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             The proceeding stands disposed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             It is expected that the respondents shall<\/p>\n<p>                   take all necessary steps to reconstruct his Service-<\/p>\n<p>                   Book so that he is not deprived of any pensionary<\/p>\n<p>                   benefit for that reason.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">        P.K.
