He is husband<\/p>\n<p>                  of the complainant. The allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                  torture has been leveled against him.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">                          Submission            is         that      the\n\n                  petitioner     is     fully      satisfied       with\n\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                  his wife but the wife is not liking<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner. Further submission is<\/p>\n<p>                  that the marriage was performed about<\/p>\n<p>                  nine   years       prior   to    the     occurrence<\/p>\n<p>                  and he has never demanded                  money or<\/p>\n<p>                  anything.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<p>                   Considering       the     facts       and<\/p>\n<p>          circumstances       of   the    case,   let    the<\/p>\n<p>          above named petitioner be released on<\/p>\n<p>          bail    on   furnishing         bail    bond   of<\/p>\n<p>          Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>          two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>          to     the       satisfaction     of     learned<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial         Magistrate,      Ist     Class,<\/p>\n<p>          Motihari in Complaint Case No. 2111<\/p>\n<p>          of 2010\/Tr.No. 4222 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Tahir\/-                    (Shyam Kishore Sharma, J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
