Jani, learned Public Prosecutor with Mr.R.C. Kodekar, learned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor wavies service of notice of Rule on<br \/>\nbehalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tThe<br \/>\naccused-applicant preferred bail application in connection with the<br \/>\noffences registered with CID Crime Police Station, Rajkot Zone vide<br \/>\nC.R.No.I &#8211; 9 of 2010 by way of Criminal Misc. Application No.3934 of<br \/>\n2011. Vide order dated 22.06.2011, the bail application was rejected,<br \/>\nhowever, this Court issued directions to the concerned Trial Court to<br \/>\nsee that the charge is framed at the earliest and the trial<br \/>\ncommences. After the pronouncement of the order dated 22.06.2011, a<br \/>\nrequest was made by the learned counsel appearing for the<br \/>\naccused-applicant that the directions which have been issued by this<br \/>\nCourt may be stayed for some time, as the accused-applicant has<br \/>\npreferred an application under <a href=\"\/doc\/664789\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 406<\/a> of the Code of Criminal<br \/>\nProcedure before the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court seeking transfer of the<br \/>\nentire trial outside the State of Gujarat. A statement was made that<br \/>\nthe matter would be taken up for hearing before the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme<br \/>\nCourt some time in July-2011 and taking into consideration the said<br \/>\nfact this Court thought fit to stay the operation, implementation and<br \/>\nexecution  of the directions issued to the Trial Court till<br \/>\n31.07.2011. It appears that the matter has not been taken by the<br \/>\nHon&#8217;ble Supreme Court for hearing and therefore, this application is<br \/>\npreferred once again praying that the time may be further extended as<br \/>\nthe matter is now adjourned to 06.09.2011 before the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme<br \/>\nCourt.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tTaking<br \/>\ninto consideration the fact that the matter has not been taken up for<br \/>\nhearing before the Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court and now the same has been<br \/>\nadjourned to 06.09.2011, the directions which have been issued to the<br \/>\nTrial Court as regards expeditious commencement of the trial and its<br \/>\ndisposal shall remain stayed till 30.09.2011. The application is<br \/>\ndisposed of. Rule is made absolute.
