The appellants now produced the proof of deposit of Rs.1,38,462\/- in compliance with the stay order passed by the Tribunal. As the appellants now complied with the stay order, the Final Order No. A\/2174\/00-NB (SM) dt.23.11.2000 is recalled and the appeal is restored to its original number.
