HARI RANI,JJ\n       ==============================\n\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 28795 OF 2010\n         ============================\n\n          Dated this the 24th day of September 2010\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">K.M. Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     The petitioner    has approached this Court seeking the<\/p>\n<p>following prayer:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>     &#8220;Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>     writ, order or direction, commanding the respondents<\/p>\n<p>     No.2 to 5 not to harass the petitioner and his family<\/p>\n<p>     members, except in accordance with law.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"p_2\">According to the petitioner, the Police has not registered any<\/p>\n<p>case against the petitioner, inter alia. The learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>Director General of Prosecutions would submit that Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.542\/2010 of Karukachal police station has been registered<\/p>\n<p>against four persons and the petitioner is the third accused and<\/p>\n<p>the offences are under Sections 447, 354, 323, 294(b), 506(i)<\/p>\n<p>read with <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code. The above crime<\/p>\n<p>was registered on the basis of the complaint filed by one<\/p>\n<p>Lelamma.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\"><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">WPC. 28795\/2010                -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">      2. The learned Additional Director General of Prosecutions<\/p>\n<p>would submit that      all the investigation will be done in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law and there will be no harassment otherwise<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner.
