P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                Although it is alleged that the petitioner was caught by the<\/p>\n<p>                      informant and others after alleged occurrence from a field but<\/p>\n<p>                      admittedly, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession<\/p>\n<p>                      of the petitioner. It appears from the impugned order of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Addl. Sessions Judge that the petitioner was earlier made accused in<\/p>\n<p>                      two cases of similar nature.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                      submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Gopal Pasi, be released<\/p>\n<p>                      on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                      the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Khalgaon (Ghogha) P.S.
