Mengde, learned Assistant<br \/>\n\tGovernment Pleader waives the service of notice of rule on<br \/>\n\tbehalf of the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">With<br \/>\n\tthe consent of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\n\trespective parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case,<br \/>\n\tpresent application is taken up for final hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">By<br \/>\n\tway of this application the applicants   original petitioners<br \/>\n\thave prayed for appropriate  order permitting them to amend the main<br \/>\n\tSpecial<br \/>\n\tCivil Application  by adding paragraph Nos.6(1) to<br \/>\n\t6(20), ground Nos.XVI to XXV and prayer clause Nos.B1 to B3.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">Having<br \/>\n\theard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective<br \/>\n\tparties and subject to filing Affidavit-in-reply by the respondent<br \/>\n\tto the amended petition and without prejudice to the rights and<br \/>\n\tcontentions of the respective parties and without treating anything<br \/>\n\tadmitted by the respondent  with respect to amended petition,<br \/>\n\tpresent application  is partly allowed and the applicants are<br \/>\n\tpermitted to amend the main Special<br \/>\n\tCivil Application by adding paragraph Nos.6(1) to<br \/>\n\t6(20), ground Nos.XVI to XXV  only and the applicants are permitted<br \/>\n\tto add prayer clause Nos.B1 to B3 in the main Special<br \/>\n\tCivil Application subject to keeping the question<br \/>\n\twith respect to limitation, delay  and laches etc. open and keeping<br \/>\n\tthe question with respect to locus of the petitioners   to challenge<br \/>\n\tthe order passed by the authority dtd.8\/12\/1988 open. The<br \/>\n\tpetitioners   to supply memo of amended petition within a period of<br \/>\n\tthree weeks from today.
