No.15 of 2008, and seeks a direction<br \/>\n\tto the Gujarat High Court Legal Services Committee to accept the<br \/>\n\tdemand draft No.199135 dated 14.3.2011, State Bank of India, Surat<br \/>\n\tfor Rs.1,500\/- drawn in its favour.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Heard<br \/>\n\tMr.Gaurang Bhatt, learned Standing Counsel for the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Having<br \/>\n\tregard to the averments made in the application, the time limit for<br \/>\n\tdepositing the amount of Rs.1,500\/- as directed by order dated<br \/>\n\t18.2.2008 passed in O.J.M.C.A. No.15 of 2008, deserves to be<br \/>\n\textended.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">In<br \/>\n\tthe light of the aforesaid, the application is allowed in the<br \/>\n\tfollowing terms:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">In<br \/>\n\tcase the applicant deposits the demand draft No.199135 dated<br \/>\n\t14.3.2011, State Bank of India, Surat for Rs.1,500\/- with the<br \/>\n\tGujarat High Court Legal Services Committee pursuant to the<br \/>\n\tdirection given by order dated 18.2.2008 passed in O.J.M.C.A. No.15<br \/>\n\tof 2008, on or before 16th May 2011, the same shall be<br \/>\n\ttreated as sufficient compliance of the direction issued by this<br \/>\n\tCourt in the said order.  Accordingly, on production of the receipt<br \/>\n\tthereof on record of  O.J.M.C.A.
