Petitioners   grievance    is     that     in   spite   of   their<\/p>\n<p>                  representations filed along with all the required documents,<\/p>\n<p>                  they have not been issued ration cards and their names have<\/p>\n<p>                  not been entered in any of              the      lists of BPL\/APL and<\/p>\n<p>                  Antodaya list         published in the Gram Panchayat Siyadiah<\/p>\n<p>                  within Charpokhari Block within               Sub-division Piro, Distt<\/p>\n<p>                  Bhojpur at Ara, though they fall in BPL\/APL and Antodaya<\/p>\n<p>                  list.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                          Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per<\/p>\n<p>                  provisions of the PDS (Control Order) 2001, respondent-<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         authorities are required to issue ration cards to the residents.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">               In my view, the petitioners should file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>         representation along with all the relevant documents and a<\/p>\n<p>         copy of this order before the Sub Divisional Officer, Piro,<\/p>\n<p>         who    would examine the same and pass appropriate order<\/p>\n<p>         within two months.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Shashi                          ( S.P.
