No.7917 of 2011\n                                      RANDHIR BHAGAT\n                                              Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">3       21.06.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   The petitioner is not named in the          First<\/p>\n<p>                     Information Report. It appears from the impugned order as<\/p>\n<p>                     well as case diary that on the basis of confessional<\/p>\n<p>                     statement of the petitioner, the looted motorcycle had been<\/p>\n<p>                     recovered.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                   The contention of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is that the so-called confessional statement of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is nothing but only high handedness of the police.<\/p>\n<p>                     It is also pointed out by him that except one, Motipur P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No. 134 of 2010, there is no criminal antecedent of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                   Considering    the    aforesaid    facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the<\/p>\n<p>                     parties, let the petitioner, namely, Randhir Bhagat be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Motipur P.S.
