Is it even mentioned or not?\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">The appellant claims that he has bribe of Rs.200\/- to the inquiry officer who had ensured that she<br \/>\nwould get a card. Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\nAppeal dismissed by the FAA and appellant directed to file a fresh application for pension.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_16\">Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_17\">The appellant claims that she has attached proof of staying in Delhi for over five years<br \/>\nUnsatisfactory information provided by the PIO and Dismissal of Appeal by the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_18\">Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_19\">The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_20\">Appellant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_21\">Respondent: Dr. Rachna Bhardwaj, Welfare Officer on behalf of Mrs. Asha Gandhi, Public<br \/>\nInformation Officer &amp; District Welfare Officer (NW-);\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_22\">        The respondent states that the pension claims of the appellant have been rejected as the proof of<br \/>\nresidence for five years have not been attached with the original application. She also states that at the<br \/>\ntime of first appeal the appellant was given another form and asked to fill this up and give it with all the<br \/>\nenclosures. However the appellant has not done this.
