Manpur, District Nalanda.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                                          &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                                             Versus<\/p>\n<p>THE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                        &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;Opposite Party<\/p>\n<p>03\/-      08-11-2010                 Heard learned counsel for the three petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                           and Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is<\/p>\n<p>                           armed with carbon copy of the case diary up to paragraph<\/p>\n<p>                           nos. 6 dated 09.07.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                     Petitioners are named accused in this case being<\/p>\n<p>                           in-laws of deceased daughter of the informant carries<\/p>\n<p>                           allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc. There is one<\/p>\n<p>                           U.D. case at the instance of petitioner no. 2 alleging death<\/p>\n<p>                           of the victim by sun-stroke. During investigation nothing<\/p>\n<p>                           appears specific against these petitioners.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                     Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                           case, in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                           below within four weeks of receipt of the copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                           order, petitioners, namely, 1. Chhathu Chauhan, 2.<\/p>\n<p>                           Sonama Devi and 3. Sulendra Chauhan, are directed to be<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>          (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>          amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Manpur P.S.
