\u00a0 the \u00a0 present \u00a0 petitioner. \u00a0 Moreover, \u00a0 the \u00a0 terms \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nappointment \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 present \u00a0 petitioner \u00a0 in \u00a0 the \u00a0 Managing \u00a0 Committee \u00a0 of \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nRamgarh \u00a0 Inter \u00a0 Women&#8217;s \u00a0College, \u00a0 Ramgarh \u00a0comes \u00a0 to \u00a0 an \u00a0 end \u00a0 after \u00a0 lapse \u00a0 of\u00a0<br \/>\nthree\u00a0years\u00a0of\u00a0period\u00a0i.e.\u00a0on\u00a028th\u00a0February,\u00a02011.\u00a0It\u00a0is,\u00a0therefore,\u00a0submitted\u00a0by\u00a0<br \/>\nlearned\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0is\u00a0rightly\u00a0appointed\u00a0in\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 Managing \u00a0 Committee \u00a0 and \u00a0 he \u00a0 should \u00a0 be \u00a0 continued \u00a0 as \u00a0 Managing\u00a0<br \/>\nCommittee&#8217;s\u00a0member\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0management\u00a0of\u00a0Ramgarh\u00a0Inter\u00a0Women&#8217;s\u00a0College,\u00a0<br \/>\nRamgarh.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Learned\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0also\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0there\u00a0is\u00a0no\u00a0financial\u00a0<br \/>\nirregularity\u00a0committed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0present\u00a0petitioner.\u00a0The\u00a0petitioner\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0donor\u00a0at\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 Ramgarh \u00a0 Inter \u00a0 Women&#8217;s \u00a0 College. \u00a0 Nonetheless, \u00a0 it \u00a0 is \u00a0 submitted \u00a0 that \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nterms\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Managing\u00a0Committee\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0over\u00a0on\u00a028th\u00a0February,\u00a02011\u00a0and\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0Jharkhand\u00a0Academic\u00a0Council,\u00a0Ranchi\u00a0is\u00a0on\u00a0verge\u00a0of\u00a0finalizing\u00a0the\u00a0new\u00a0<br \/>\nManaging\u00a0Committee\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0name\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0petitioner\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0considered\u00a0by\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0Jharkhand\u00a0Academic\u00a0Council,\u00a0Ranchi.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0I\u00a0have\u00a0heard\u00a0learned\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0respondents,\u00a0who\u00a0have\u00a0submitted\u00a0<br \/>\nthat\u00a0as\u00a0per\u00a0Annexure\u00ad1,\u00a0the\u00a0terms\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Managing\u00a0Committee,\u00a0wherein,\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\npetitioner\u00a0is\u00a0one\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0members,\u00a0has\u00a0commenced\u00a0from\u00a01st\u00a0March,\u00a02008\u00a0and\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0term\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0completed\u00a0after\u00a0three\u00a0years\u00a0on\u00a028th\u00a0 February,\u00a02011\u00a0and,\u00a0<br \/>\nthereafter,\u00a0\u00a0ad\u00adhoc\u00a0\u00a0arrangement\u00a0\u00a0is\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0going\u00a0\u00a0on,\u00a0\u00a0by\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0order\u00a0\u00a0of\u00a0\u00a0this\u00a0\u00a0Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00ad2\u00ad<br \/>\n        Nonetheless,\u00a0Jharkhand\u00a0Academic\u00a0Council,\u00a0Ranchi\u00a0may\u00a0be\u00a0directed\u00a0to\u00a0finalize\u00a0<br \/>\n        new\u00a0Managing\u00a0Committee,\u00a0within\u00a0stipulated\u00a0time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">        4.\u00a0\u00a0Learned\u00a0counsel\u00a0for\u00a0respondent\u00a0nos.\u00a04\u00a0to\u00a08\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0obligation\u00a0<br \/>\n        on\u00a0the\u00a0part\u00a0of\u00a0respondent\u00a0nos.\u00a04\u00a0to\u00a08\u00a0is\u00a0already\u00a0discharged\u00a0by\u00a0giving\u00a0names\u00a0<br \/>\n        vide\u00a0letter\u00a0dated\u00a026th\u00a0February,\u00a02011,\u00a0which\u00a0is\u00a0annexed\u00a0with\u00a0I.A.\u00a0No.\u00a01041\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n        2011,\u00a0preferred\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0writ\u00a0petition\u00a0and\u00a0respondent\u00a0no.\u00a01\u00a0can\u00a0verify\u00a0those\u00a0<br \/>\n        names\u00a0and\u00a0may\u00a0consider\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0constitution\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Managing\u00a0Committee.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">        5. \u00a0 \u00a0 In \u00a0 view \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 aforesaid \u00a0 submissions, \u00a0 there \u00a0 is \u00a0 no \u00a0 legal \u00a0 right \u00a0 vested \u00a0 in\u00a0<br \/>\n        petitioner\u00a0to\u00a0continue\u00a0as\u00a0member\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Managing\u00a0Committee\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0College\u00a0<br \/>\n        as\u00a0the\u00a0term\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Managing\u00a0Committee\u00a0came\u00a0to\u00a0an\u00a0end\u00a0after\u00a0expiry\u00a0of\u00a0three\u00a0<br \/>\n        years\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0its\u00a0constitution.\u00a0I\u00a0hereby\u00a0direct\u00a0respondent\u00a0no.\u00a01\u00a0to\u00a0<br \/>\n        finally \u00a0 constitute \u00a0 the \u00a0 Managing \u00a0 Committee \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 Ramgarh \u00a0 Inter \u00a0 Women&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\n        College,\u00a0Ramgarh,\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0Jharkhand\u00a0Academic\u00a0Council\u00a0Act,\u00a0<br \/>\n        2002,\u00a0as\u00a0earliest\u00a0as\u00a0possible,\u00a0maximum\u00a0within\u00a0a\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a0fifteen\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0<br \/>\n        the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">
