Further submission is that no overt<\/p>\n<p>                 act of killing is attributed to the appellant Shankar<\/p>\n<p>                 Mehta.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                          Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                 the case, during the pendency of this appeal, the<\/p>\n<p>                 appellant above named is directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                 with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                 satisfaction of Sri Dina Nath Pandey, Additional<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Judge, F.T.C.
