NO. 23449 OF 2006\n                            ---------------------\n                Dated this the 15thday of October, 2007\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P2 complaint of<\/p>\n<p>illegal sand mining submitted by the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        2.
