OFFICER &amp; 1 - Appellant(s)\n \n\nVersus\n \n\nGUMANSINH\nTAKHATSINH BHATI - Defendant(s)\n \n\n=========================================================\n\n \n\nAppearance\n: \nMS\nTRUSHA PATEL, AGP for Appellant(s) : 1\n- 2. \nMR\nAM PAREKH for\nDefendant(s) :\n1, \n=========================================================\n\n\n\n\t \n\t\t  \n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t \n\t\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 06\/08\/2008 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1.\tThese<br \/>\nappeals are filed by the appellant against common judgment and award<br \/>\ndated 9-7-1999 in Reference Case Nos.1014 to 1027\/1989 and Land<br \/>\nReference Case No.1029 to 1033\/1989 passed by 3rd Joint<br \/>\nCivil Judge (S.D.) and JMFC, Himmatnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\tIt<br \/>\nhas been the consistent practice of this High Court not to enter into<br \/>\nthe merits of the appeals wherein claim in appeal is small and claims<br \/>\nupto Rs.25,000\/- have been quantified by this Court as petty claims.<br \/>\nSince the amount involved in these appeals are less than Rs.25,000\/-,<br \/>\nthese appeals are dismissed without entering into the merits of the<br \/>\nmatter.
