Sanjay, Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                                     &#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">07\/   25.08.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for the<\/p>\n<p>                   following reliefs:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                          (i) Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus<br \/>\n                               commanding the respondent Bank to convert the<br \/>\n                               liability under Cash Credit A\/c No.468 after<br \/>\n                               adjustment of the Collateral Security already<br \/>\n                               offered into long term loan and issuance of further<br \/>\n                               direction to the Respondent Bank restraining the<br \/>\n                               Bank from taking any coercive steps against the<br \/>\n                               petitioner\/guarantor for realisation of the amount or<br \/>\n                               in connection with the transaction.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                          (ii) Issuance of direction to the Bank to arrive at a<br \/>\n                               reasonable and equitable mode and manner of<br \/>\n                               realisation of the amount considering the admission<br \/>\n                               of liability and readiness to pay back the amount in<br \/>\n                               accordance with law.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<p id=\"p_5\">                              3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is<\/p>\n<p>                   ready to pay the entire amount due of Rs.3,21,000.00 and odd<\/p>\n<p>                   including everything within one year. Learned counsel for the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        respondents submits that on the basis of the aforesaid undertaking<\/p>\n<p>        of the petitioner through his counsel he has got no objection.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                   4. In the said circumstances, this writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>        disposed of with a direction to the petitioner on the basis of his<\/p>\n<p>        own undertaking to pay the entire amount mentioned above within<\/p>\n<p>        one year in 12 monthly equal instalments. In case of petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>        failure or default in payment of any of the aforesaid instalments,<\/p>\n<p>        the respondents will be at liberty to take all coercive and<\/p>\n<p>        consequential steps for recovery of the entire amount without any<\/p>\n<p>        concession which he extended to the petitioner due to his<\/p>\n<p>        undertaking.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">\n<p id=\"p_8\">                                (S.
