No.718 of 2011\n                                        SUMAN KUMAR\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">03\/    26.03.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    Addl. P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                               Two persons were apprehended by the Bank official when<\/p>\n<p>                    they had gone to open an account in the aforesaid bank. In course of<\/p>\n<p>                    investigation, one co-accused Arun Kumar was arrested and confessed<\/p>\n<p>                    his guilt disclosing that petitioner is one of his associates.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any<\/p>\n<p>                    incriminating article has been recovered from his possession nor the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner has been put on test identification parade and except the<\/p>\n<p>                    confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                               Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    Suman Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                    10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Patrakar Nagar P.S.
