( Oral )<\/p>\n<p>             Counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the order dated<\/p>\n<p>May 30, 2008, goods of the petitioner have been released on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>bank guarantee of the amount of tax as well as penalty. He further states that<\/p>\n<p>in this case, the penalty order has already been passed, but copy of the same<\/p>\n<p>has not been supplied to the petitioner and the petitioner intends to file<\/p>\n<p>appeal against the order of penalty. In view of this fact, counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this<\/p>\n<p>petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order of penalty, by taking<\/p>\n<p>all the pleas taken here in this petition, with further liberty to avail its other<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> CWP No. 7844 of 2008                                                  -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>remedies for the alleged harassment of the petitioner by the authorities.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
