Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :27\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                   ==================\n                    W.P(C).No.33461 of 2008\n                   ==================\n          Dated this the 27th day of November, 2008\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     The petitioner&#8217;s grievance in this writ petition is that<\/p>\n<p>although the petitioner retired from service as early as on<\/p>\n<p>31.1.1998, his retirement benefits have not been disbursed yet.<\/p>\n<p>The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation submits that<\/p>\n<p>the retirement benefits could not be disbursed to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>only because the petitioner did not turn up to receive the same in<\/p>\n<p>spite of notice. This is disputed by the petitioner. However, I am<\/p>\n<p>not inclined to go into this controversy in so far as the<\/p>\n<p>respondents are prepared to disburse the retirement benefits due<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner immediately.
