Girdawaries were supplied.)\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nInformation received was incomplete and not as sought by the Appellant.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\nSh.Rajesh Yadav, Advocate for appellant and Sh.Abhay Jha representative of PIO\/SDM(HK)\nwere present.\nOn perusal of the appeal filed by Sh.Vijay Kumar Vasisht, it appears that the reply has not been\nfurnished by the PIO\/SDM(HK). Sh. Jha informed that the information has not been provided because\nthe said RTI application could not be traced out despite his best efforts. In view of the submission\nmade by the representative of PIO(HK), a copy of the appeal should immediately be sent to PIO(HK)\nwith the direction to furnish the information directly to the appellant within 10 days on receipt of the\norder.
