The petitioners<br \/>\nhave  approached this Court without availing of such appellate<br \/>\nremedy.  Looking to the facts   and circumstances of the cases, I do<br \/>\nnot find it appropriate to entertain these petitions without<br \/>\nexhausting the appellate remedy.   It would be, therefore,  open for<br \/>\nthe petitioners to challenge the impugned orders before the appellate<br \/>\nforum.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tCounsel<br \/>\nfor the petitioners stated that the petitions were filed  shortly<br \/>\nafter the  impugned orders were communicated to the petitioners.<br \/>\nUnder the circumstances, if such appeals are filed within three weeks<br \/>\n from today, the appellate authority shall entertain the same on<br \/>\nmerits bearing in mind  that the petitioners, in the meantime, were<br \/>\nbonafide  pursuing their remedy before this Court.
