Case No.47 of 2010 instituted under various<\/p>\n<p>                       sections of the <a href=\"\/doc\/1934415\/\" id=\"a_1\">Arms Act<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/94452\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 414<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                      It is alleged that on secret information police raided the<\/p>\n<p>                       house of the petitioner in his absence. Few cartridges were recovered<\/p>\n<p>                       from the house and a motorcycle without registration number.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                      Petitioner states that mala fidely police had planted the<\/p>\n<p>                       cartridges.   So far as motorcycle is concerned, it belongs to his<\/p>\n<p>                       brother-in-law and full papers are available to support it.         The<\/p>\n<p>                       motorcycle is a new motorcycle.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                      Be that as it may, let the petitioner above-named be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>                       Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                       the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Haveli<\/p>\n<p>                       Kharagpur P.S.
