He<\/p>\n<p>has been suspended on certain allegations of misconduct.              The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is challenging the same.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.  I directed the learned standing counsel for the Board to<\/p>\n<p>ascertain within what time the disciplinary proceedings against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner can be completed. Today, the learned standing counsel<\/p>\n<p>submits that the same can be completed within one month.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      Accordingly, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to see that the disciplinary proceedings initiated by<\/p>\n<p>suspending the petitioner are completed and taken to its logical<\/p>\n<p>conclusion as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Needless to say,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry and he          shall be<\/p>\n<p>present in the enquiry on all dates without seeking adjournments.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                         Sd\/- S.
