GIRI, J.\n                   -------------------------------\n                    WP(C).NO. 17907 of 2008\n                  ---------------------------------\n           Dated this the 16th       day of June, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     The petitioner is aggrieved by the non sanctioning and non<\/p>\n<p>disbursing of the annual increment inspite of repeated requests.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner&#8217;s request is pending before the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>as Ext.P5.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2. After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this judgment.    The petitioner shall produce a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition also along with a copy of the judgment before<\/p>\n<p>the third respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                       V.
