Vora, learned counsel for<br \/>\nthe petitioner states that the petitioner has already made<br \/>\nrepresentation to respondent no. 1-authority and that the same has<br \/>\nnot been decided so far. He has, therefore submitted that appropriate<br \/>\ndirections may be issued to respondent no. 1-authority to consider<br \/>\nand dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the parties. Looking to the facts of the case and<br \/>\nin view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for<br \/>\nthe petitioner, respondent No.1-State shall consider the<br \/>\nrepresentation made by the petitioner which is pending before it, by<br \/>\ntaking into consideration the decisions rendered by this Court in<br \/>\nSpecial Civil Application No.14642 of 2003 dated 19th<br \/>\nApril 2004 and Special Civil Application No.6992 of 2002 and allied<br \/>\nmatters dated 09.03.2006 as also the Government Resolutions dated<br \/>\n16th April 1998 and 29th September 2004, and<br \/>\ndecide the same within a period of three months from today, in<br \/>\naccordance with law. It is, however, clarified that this Court has<br \/>\nnot expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above direction, the petition stand disposed of.
