We have discussed with the corpus  and she has admitted<br \/>\nthat she got married to the petitioner-Jayantibhai Gamabhai Damor at<br \/>\nAhmedabad. She states that  she wanted to go and stay with her<br \/>\nhusband &#8211; the petitioner. The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 who are the<br \/>\nsister and  brother-in-law of the corpus.  They expressed that if the<br \/>\ncorpus wants to go and stay with the petitioner,  legally  they<br \/>\ncannot object and they would not like to continue to have any<br \/>\nrelationship with her.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2\tThe<br \/>\npetitioner has apprehension with some assault  or untoward incident<br \/>\nfrom the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in light of past episode of assault<br \/>\nby them  which is vouched by the corpus.  We have impressed upon the<br \/>\nrespondent Nos.  3 and 4  to leave alone the  petitioner and corpus<br \/>\nand  the corpus is free to go and stay with the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3\tThe<br \/>\npetition stands allowed to that extent.
