As per first invfo\ufb01iiation one Siddaraiu, the<br \/>\npetitioner, who is :.,poI:&#8221;\u00ab.,&#8221;\/\u00e9$ifi&#8211;a71:al1u Malleshwara<\/p>\n<p>Kshetra, Sofnpu1fi*a&#8217;_VIioio1i,\u20ac_Ne1arnangaia&#8221;&#8216;i&#8217;a1uk. was indulging<\/p>\n<p>in soarne  iactivities and the was bringing ladies to the<br \/>\nMath. Tifie&#8217;deceasedfdiddhajgiogananda Swarny was the junior<\/p>\n<p>swamy of  Mutt  was disgusted with the behaviour<\/p>\n<p> p0;.{he-e:pei::ion\u00a2f;&#8221;e&#8221;&#8216;s'(5&#8217; also the public. The petitioner had<\/p>\n<p> deceased that he was anointed by him and had<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;th:reatenedE&#8211;.V.ihe deceased dire consequences to his life. On<\/p>\n<p> accouvnf; of conduct of petitioner, the deceased committed<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;suicide in Vanakallu Malleshwara Kshetra.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">4. As against this version of investigation, the petitioner<br \/>\nhas come up with another version that the personsfw&#8217;ho are<\/p>\n<p>interested in grabbing properties of said mutt <\/p>\n<p>the deceased and Eodged first infonnation&#8217;~..V.ag:ain&#8217;st tithe&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to mis~direct themMinVestigation.\u00a7&#8217;&#8211;_x the<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, petitioner is apprehending aifresit &#8220;in&#8217;=.4C1*ime.g<\/p>\n<p>No.14?\/2010 for an offencei&#8221;pbi11i.shabie._nnri;3rxs;eetion 30&#8217;EV3V<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_3\">IPC<\/a>. _ _    <\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">5. Though in the he  stated that the<br \/>\ndeceased wasbeing  harassment by the<br \/>\npetitioner; ..   _:of__ harassment are stated.<br \/>\nTher\ufb01is &#8216;no   proximity of incident and the so<br \/>\ncailed mental  The contents of post&#8211;mortem<\/p>\n<p>examination wouid reveal Eigature mark around the neck of<\/p>\n<p>\u00bb  per inquest report, Eigature used was a black<\/p>\n<p>   and dead body was found hanging from<\/p>\n<p>the bariofiiiventilator of the roof. The matter is still under<\/p>\n<p>V &#8216;*i:1vf_estigation.
