Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">            This is an appeal filed by the requisitioning authority.<\/p>\n<p>The case pertains to acquisition of land in Neendakara village of<\/p>\n<p>Kollam district. On going through the impugned judgment, it is<\/p>\n<p>seen that the rate of enhancement is 60% over what was awarded<\/p>\n<p>by the Land Acquisition Officer.                Having gone through the<\/p>\n<p>impugned judgment, we are of the view that the enhancement<\/p>\n<p>granted is not excessive. We dismiss the appeal but making it<\/p>\n<p>clear that in case the claimant respondent prefers an appeal<\/p>\n<p>against the impugned judgment, the appellant will be entitled to<\/p>\n<p>resist that appeal on all available grounds including the grounds<\/p>\n<p>raised in this appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                                        Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                          (PIUS C.
