Singh, A.P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                            &#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n2   17.06.2010                Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                 case registered for offences punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1258372\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections<\/p>\n<p>                 147<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1599401\/\" id=\"a_1\">341<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_2\">323<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/724142\/\" id=\"a_3\">324<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1402213\/\" id=\"a_4\">337<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_5\">307<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1101188\/\" id=\"a_6\">379<\/a>        of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              It is submitted   that there is a case   and<\/p>\n<p>                 counter case and there is land dispute between the<\/p>\n<p>                 parties. It is submitted that specific allegation of overt<\/p>\n<p>                 act upon one Md. Firoj and Md. Nawab. Regarding the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        others the allegations are general and omnibus.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                    Considering the facts and the circumstances<\/p>\n<p>        of the case the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>        Let the abovenamed petitioners in the event of arrest or<\/p>\n<p>        surrender by them within four weeks, be enlarged on bail<\/p>\n<p>        on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>        Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>        each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>        Bhagalpur, in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.
