On 14-15-16\/10\/2000, the Aslah was received by Rajesh Kumar from<br \/>\n      Malkhana PS Mani Majra at what time and at what time returned back to<br \/>\n      Malkhana. Rajesh Kumar CHG No. 802.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">2.      The CPIO vide his letter dated 17.1.2008 had given the following information<br \/>\nto the appellant;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">i.      &#8220;Your attention is drawn towards this office Memo No. 538\/RTI-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">        07\/CPIO(PHQ)\/UT\/22698 dated 6.8.2007 and No.26693 dated 18.9.2007.<br \/>\nii.     Your application is transferred to DSP-cum-CPIO (East) under <a href=\"\/doc\/666037\/\" id=\"a_1\">section 6(3)<\/a> of<br \/>\n        RTI Act for its disposal on this point at his level.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">3.     Dissatisfied with this, the appellant had filed first appeal on 19.2.2008 before<br \/>\nthe Appellate Authority. From the perusal of the Commission&#8217;s file, it appears that<br \/>\nthe appeal has not been decided by the Appellate Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">                                     DECISION<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">4.     Sr. Superintendent of Police &amp; Appellate Authority is hereby directed to<br \/>\nintimate the Commission whether the appeal has been decided and, if yes, furnish a<br \/>\ncopy of the order passed by him to this Commission in one week time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\"> 5.     However, if the appeal has not yet been decided, the AA is directed to do so in<br \/>\nthree weeks time and also to explain the reasons for the inordinate delay in deciding<br \/>\nthe appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">6.      Copies of RTI request dated 10.12.2007, CPIO&#8217;s reply dated 8.1.2008 and the<br \/>\nfirst appeal filed by the appellant are enclosed for ready reference.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">7.
