However, the same is pending consideration.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the respective parties and perused the documents<br \/>\nno record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and<br \/>\nsince the Appeal Committee of the District Panchayat has issued<br \/>\nnecessary directions in the subject matter, respondent no.2-authority<br \/>\nis directed to consider the application dated 05.08.2009 preferred by<br \/>\nthe petitioner and thereafter, shall issue necessary appropriate<br \/>\ndirections to the competent authorities to comply with the directions<br \/>\nissued by the Appeal Committee of the District Panchayat, vide its<br \/>\norder dated 26.11.2008, within a stipulated period.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation and direction, the petition stands disposed of.<br \/>\nDirect service permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[K.\n<\/p>\n<p>S.
