No.19711 of 2011\n                               Santosh Singh, son of Birendra Singh.\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">3       12.08.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation levelled in the first information report is not<\/p>\n<p>                     corroborated fully by witnesses even by informant in his re-<\/p>\n<p>                     statement about participation of rest two accused persons that is<\/p>\n<p>                     not relevant for this petitioner. He has been shown assailant in<\/p>\n<p>                     the first information report as well as in re-statement of the<\/p>\n<p>                     informant that his shot hit the informant&#8217;s abdomen.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for bail is<\/p>\n<p>                     rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                     after six months.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Md.
