Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                      ================\n                  W.P.(C) NO. 37346 OF 2010\n                =====================\n\n          Dated this the 15th day of December, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners are retired employees of the KSRTC. They have<\/p>\n<p>filed this writ petition claiming the benefit of revised pensionary<\/p>\n<p>benefits w.e.f. 01\/04\/2009. The issue similar to the one claimed<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioners has already been decided by this court in<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P10 and other judgments and therefore the petitioners are<\/p>\n<p>entitled to succeed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing that<\/p>\n<p>the respondents shall compute the revised pensionary benefits<\/p>\n<p>payable to the petitioners w.e.f. 01\/04\/2009 under the settlement<\/p>\n<p>concluded on 28\/11\/2008. This shall be disbursed as expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>as possible at any rate within one month of production of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.
