Shukla,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Radhey Shyam<br \/>\nYadav, learned counsel for the respondent and learned A.G.A.<br \/>\nappearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that<br \/>\napplicant is father-in-law and in the statement of Rajiv Kumar,<br \/>\nwho is brother of the deceased and witness Shankar Lal there is<br \/>\nnothing against the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">Learned Private counsel for the respondent and learned A.G.A.<br \/>\ncontended that applicant being father -in-law was responsible for<br \/>\nthe safe custody of the deceased. Deceased had died within seven<br \/>\nyears of marriage.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Applicant is father-in-law of the deceased. No overtact has been<br \/>\nassigned to the applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and<br \/>\nsubmissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and<br \/>\nwithout expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the<br \/>\napplicant is entitled to be released on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Let the applicant Harinath Yadav involved in Case Crime No. 72<br \/>\nof 2010 , under <a href=\"\/doc\/538436\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 498-A<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/653797\/\" id=\"a_1\">304-B<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1672685\/\" id=\"a_2\">352<\/a> IPC and section 3\/4 of<br \/>\nDowry Prohibition Act Police Station Vindyachal District<br \/>\nMirzapur be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond<br \/>\nwith two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\ncourt concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">Order Date :- 2.7.2010<br \/>\nAks\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allahabad High Court Harinath Yadav vs State Of U.P. on 2 July, 2010 Court No. &#8211; 47 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC.
