Kanojiya appearing for the petitioner<br \/>\n\tseeks permission to withdraw this petition and makes request that<br \/>\n\tthe order impugned in the Revision is in fact order, which could not<br \/>\n\thave been passed at all and therefore, let there be a direction to<br \/>\n\tthe concerned authority for expeditious hearing and disposing of the<br \/>\n\tRevision Application whereunder the interim relef is rejected vide<br \/>\n\torder dated 11.08.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tLearned AGP, on advance<br \/>\n\tcopy submitted that the original order impugned in the revision is<br \/>\n\tthat of the year 2002, Court may pass appropriate order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tThis Court is of the<br \/>\n\tview that though the order impugned in the revision is old but when<br \/>\n\tthe applicant has approached the concerned authority, the same<br \/>\n\tdeserves to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. Hence,<br \/>\n\twhile granting permission to withdraw this petition, it is observed<br \/>\n\tthat the respondent authority, before whom the Revision Application<br \/>\n\tis pending, may decide the same as expeditiously as possible,<br \/>\n\tpreferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order.<br \/>\n\t Permission as sought for is granted. The matter is disposed of as<br \/>\n\twithdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tAt this stage, Shri<br \/>\n\tSanjanwala, learned advocate submitted that let there be a direction<br \/>\n\tto the authority to decide the matter on merits without being<br \/>\n\tinfulenced by the interim order.
