THE CHIEF ACCOUNTS OFFICER (HEAD\n                   QUARTER)    BIHAR STATE ROAD TRANSPORT\n                   CORPORATION, PARIWAHAN BHAWAN, PATNA\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02.   06.07.2010             As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                    permitted to add   the Chief Accounts Officer (Head Quarter)<\/p>\n<p>                    Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Pariwahan Bhawan,<\/p>\n<p>                    Patna.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, State and<\/p>\n<p>                    the respondent &#8211; Corporation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             The grievance of the petitioner is that her husband<\/p>\n<p>                    retired on 31st of December 2002     from the post of Driver<\/p>\n<p>                    under the respondent &#8211; Corporation and later on died on 2nd<\/p>\n<p>                    of March 2008, retiral dues of the petitioner have not been<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           settled as yet despite representation filed by the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>           contained in Annexure- 2.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                    Learned     counsel     appearing    for    the   respondent-<\/p>\n<p>           Corporation submits that the claims of the petitioner shall be<\/p>\n<p>           considered without delay as per law.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                    In the above circumstances, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the pending<\/p>\n<p>           claims, petitioner proposes to file fresh representation before<\/p>\n<p>           the respondent no. 7.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                    In   such       view   of   the   matter,    in   case   such<\/p>\n<p>           representation stating details of unpaid claims is filed by the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner within a period of four           weeks along with the<\/p>\n<p>           certified copy of the present order as also the copy of the<\/p>\n<p>           relevant documents, if any, in support of the claim, the above<\/p>\n<p>           respondent shall consider the claims of the petitioner as raised<\/p>\n<p>           in the representation in accordance with law expeditiously,<\/p>\n<p>           preferably within a period of four months on receipt of such<\/p>\n<p>           representation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                    Upon consideration, if any of the claims or part of the<\/p>\n<p>           claims is found not payable, the same shall be informed to the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner with the reasons thereof.
