BASANT, J.\n\n              -------------------------------------------------\n\n                           CRL.M.C.NO. 4006 OF  2006\n\n              -------------------------------------------------\n\n            Dated this the 2nd day of January, 2007\n\n\n                                           ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      I   have   perused   the   report   of   the   learned   Chief   Judicial<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">      2.     The   grievance   of   the   petitioner   is   that   the   case<\/p>\n<p>against him &#8211; C.C.No.153\/82 in which all steps are complete is<\/p>\n<p>continuing          to          be         pending         unnecessarily         without<\/p>\n<p>pronouncement   of   orders.     The   report   of   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate   shows   that   the   matter   stands   posted   for   hearing<\/p>\n<p>and   no   hearing   is   taking   place   ever   since   the   present<\/p>\n<p>incumbent    took  charge  of  the  court  on  9\/3\/06.     The  learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate wants the matter to be heard afresh.  According to<\/p>\n<p>the   learned   Magistrate,   the   accused   persons   are   not   getting<\/p>\n<p>ready for hearing.  I am satisfied, in these circumstances,  that<\/p>\n<p>specific   direction   can   be   issued   to   the   learned   Magistrate   to<\/p>\n<p>dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible &#8211; at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within a period of three months from the date on which a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this order is placed before the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">        3.   The petitioner shall be released on bail on condition<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> CRL.M.C.NO. 4006 OF  2006  -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>that   he   executes   a   fresh   bond   for   Rs.25,000\/-   with   two   solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties  each  for  the  like  sum to the satisfaction  of the learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate.        The  condition to deposit  an  amount of Rs.5,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>need   not   be   insisted   by   the   learned   Magistrate.      The   personal<\/p>\n<p>presence of the petitioner need not be insisted now as the matter<\/p>\n<p>stands posted for arguments only.   The learned Magistrate shall<\/p>\n<p>report compliance to this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<p id=\"p_5\">        4.
