RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                              B.A. No. 3130 OF 2007 A\n\n                      ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                      Dated this the 31st day of May, 2007\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>. the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>who are accused  Nos.1 and 3 to 6  in Crime No.135\/2007 of Pavaratty<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for offences punishable under Secs.143, 147, 148, 120B,<\/p>\n<p>341,   324,   326   and   307   read   with   <a href=\"\/doc\/999134\/\" id=\"a_1\">section   149<\/a>     I.P.C.,   seek   their<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.  The petitioners were arrested on 18.4.2007.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.       I   heard     the   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   and   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n<p id=\"p_3\">       3.       Having regard to the nature of the  offences, the duration of<\/p>\n<p>judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage of investigation and<\/p>\n<p>the other circumstances of the case etc.,   I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners but only with effect from a future date.   Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are directed to be released on bail with effect from 11.6.2007<\/p>\n<p>on each of them executing a bond for Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees ten thousand<\/p>\n<p>only)   with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction   of   the   J.F.C.M.,   Chavakkad   and   subject   to   the   following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                1.      The petitioners shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>                C.I.   of   Police,   Guruvayoor   between   9   a.m.<\/p>\n<p>                and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"p_5\">BA.3130\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                          : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                2.     The   petitioners   shall   not   enter   the<\/p>\n<p>                limits of Pavaratty Police Station until further<\/p>\n<p>                orders except for  the  purpose of complying<\/p>\n<p>                with condition No.1.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">\n<p id=\"p_8\">                3.     The   petitioners shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>                shall   they     attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">\n<p id=\"p_10\">                4.     The   petitioners   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>                offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">\n<p>       If  the   petitioners   commit   breach  of   any  of  the  above  conditions,<\/p>\n<p>the bail granted to them shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">       This application is allowed as above.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">                                                      (V.
