2.’Hea1idiiii’ti1e.__Viearried Counsei for the parties and

.i The facts. are not in dispute in this appeal are<\/p>\n
 question situated in Zunjurwad viliage<\/p>\n
“acquired for the purpose of Upper Krishna<\/p>\n
V Projeeit.  respect of the said acquisition, the land losers<\/p>\n
M ii  dissatis\ufb01ed with the market value assessed by the Land<\/p>\n
.i_\u00e9ipAc’qu’isition Officer. Therefore, they had \ufb02ied application<\/p>\n
i<\/p>\n
under Section 18(1)<\/a> of the Land Acquisition Act seeking for<\/p>\n
reference for the purpose of considering the enhancenient of<\/p>\n
the market Value. The Reference Court after considering<\/p>\n
rival contentions has enhanced the rr1a.r1<et~_dvai'ue to  <\/p>\n
Rs.1,90,000\/– per acre. The land losers <\/p>\n
Court contending that the said f1_Xatio'nvof therV\u00bbniar,i1\u00a7et  <\/p>\n
by the Reference Court is not ap\ufb01roipriate  same is to
\nbe enhanced further.\n<\/p>\n
4. At the time of hVearing.vii_it that this Court<\/p>\n
while ccnsideriiig  s4i,,rIi\u00abi1ar_ situation in respect of the
\nlands situated in  being subject matter of the<\/p>\n
noti\ufb01cation of the year  has enhanced the market value<\/p>\n
   f per acre. The said enhancement was made<\/p>\n
reijrinig  e.ar1i’er judgment passed by this Court in MFA<\/p>\n
 _No.12’\u00ab}.95._\/20,36 and Connected matters. Therefore, since<\/p>\n
:’i.vi.ii’~–the.reL_is no other material to indicate that the lands in the<\/p>\n
_i epresent case are not similar to the lands therein and more<\/p>\n
.:i_4″pa1″ticular1y, taking note of the fact that the Reference Court<\/p>\n
\u00e9i<\/p>\n
has come to the conclusion that the lands in are<\/p>\n
irrigated sugar cane growing lands, the same mloxrketcrvalxle is <\/p>\n
to be fixed in the instant case also.   *<\/p>\n
5. Accordingly, the judgement  <\/p>\n
