The petitioner faces<\/p>\n<p>allegations under <a href=\"\/doc\/329571\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 392<\/a> I.P.C. He had allegedly attempted<\/p>\n<p>to snatch a gold chain worn by the de facto complainant. He was<\/p>\n<p>not successful in doing the same. The chain had broken and the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner could not allegedly take the chain. The petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>come to this court earlier with an application for anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail. The same was dismissed as per order dated 16\/10\/2007 in<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No.6254\/2007.        The case diary was perused by me.<\/p>\n<p>Application for anticipatory bail was rejected and the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>was directed to appear before the court below or the<\/p>\n<p>investigating   officer.         Accordingly,          the   petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>surrendered on 13\/11\/2007. He continues in custody from that<\/p>\n<p>date. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents at all, concedes<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   The learned counsel for the petitioner prays, the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I<\/p>\n<p>am satisfied that regular bail can be granted to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>subject to appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\"><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">B.A.No.7367\/07                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      3.    In the result, this petition is allowed.
