Justice P.N.RAVINDRAN\n\n Dated :18\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                               P.N.Ravindran, J.\n                           ==================\n                          W.P.(C) No.6751 of 2009\n                         =====================\n\n                   Dated this the 18th day of March, 2009.\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       The petitioner is the Parents Teachers Association of R.I.L.P.<\/p>\n<p>School, Edathirinji, Thrissur district. Their grievance is that the Manager<\/p>\n<p>is not effecting periodical maintenance to the school buildings. They<\/p>\n<p>have also a complaint that the third respondent is not discharging her<\/p>\n<p>duties as Manager. Setting out these and other complaints they have<\/p>\n<p>filed Ext.P2 representation before the Assistant Educational Officer,<\/p>\n<p>Irinjalakuda. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>Assistant     Educational   Officer,   Irinjalakuda  to   consider   Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>representation and pass orders thereon within a time limit to be fixed by<\/p>\n<p>this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2. Sri. A.J. Varghese, the learned Government Pleader appearing for<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2 submits that the Assistant Educational Officer has<\/p>\n<p>already issued instructions to the third respondent to effect timely<\/p>\n<p>repairs to the school buildings. In my opinion, the direction issued by<\/p>\n<p>the Assistant Educational Officer should dispel any apprehension that<\/p>\n<p>the Manager will not effect timely repairs to the school buildings.
