Mother of the convict<br \/>\nprisoner made application before the  District Magistrate, Kheda at<br \/>\nNadiad.  The said application for parole was rejected by the District<br \/>\nMagistrate by order dated 11.12.2009.  The said order is challenged<br \/>\nby way of filing this application.
