Thereafter, he has made<br \/>\n\trepresentation to respondent.  On that basis, he was reinstated in<br \/>\n\tservice but now he has been retired from service. Therefore, he has<br \/>\n\tclaimed retirement benefits and increment of interim period with<br \/>\n\tother consequential benefits.  For that, on 2\/2\/2011, at page 14<br \/>\n\tdetailed representation is made by petitioner to respondent Chief<br \/>\n\tOfficer, Padra Nagarpalika as well as Director of Nagarpalika, State<br \/>\n\tof Gujarat.  Learned advocate Mr. Majmudar submitted that this<br \/>\n\trepresentation is still remained as it is and no decision is taken<br \/>\n\tby either of respondent.  Therefore, present petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">In<br \/>\n\tview of above fact, it is directed to respondent to consider<br \/>\n\trepresentation made by petitioner and examine grievance and<br \/>\n\tconsidering fact whether criminal case is pending against petitioner<br \/>\n\tor not?.
