No.17239 of 2009\n\n                                 KRISHNA BIHARI PANDEY\n                                         Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n\n\n2   22.11.2010<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted<\/p>\n<p>                 to implead the informant as opposite party no.2.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                               Issue notice to opposite party no.2 to show<\/p>\n<p>                 cause as to why this application be not heard and disposed of<\/p>\n<p>                 at the stage of admission itself.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                               Requisites for notice under both process,<\/p>\n<p>                 ordinary as well as by registered post with acknowledgement<\/p>\n<p>                 due, must be filed within one, failing which the application<\/p>\n<p>                 shall stand rejected without further reference to Bench.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                               Rule is made returnable within four weeks.<\/p>\n<p>                               Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken<\/p>\n<p>                 against the petitioner in Nokha Baghaila P.S.
