This appeal is by the complainant’\u00a71S\u00a78.ilingffthe’ordeij<\/p>\n
dated 16.1.2006 passed by the p <\/p>\n
in Criminal Appeal No. 1\/ 200.6.’ V<\/p>\n
2. The complainant is said:to_be a   accused
\nand the accused whc) the FWD and
\nZilla Panchayath.  for financial<\/p>\n
assistance.   paid Rs.50,000\/–\n<\/p>\n
as hand”Iona-nip:and:’:ti3’nvard’s ‘repayment of the loan, the accused
\nissued   by  on 16.4.2002. On. presentation<\/p>\n
of the  “it_’V-was Vdishonoured for insuf\ufb01cient funds.<\/p>\n

make payment, complaint came to be filed.<\/p>\n
 after enquiry, has held that accused was<\/p>\n
