It is also submitted that in<br \/>\nthis matter charge sheet is also filed.  Mr.Poojari, learned APP also<br \/>\ntook this Court to various papers of investigation i.e. medical<br \/>\npapers as well as other statements.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t\tIn<br \/>\nopinion of this Court, no interference is called for by this Court as<br \/>\ninvestigation is being carried out in right direction.
