No.23152 of 2011\n                           Pareyag Sah son of Baleshwar Sah\n                                        Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2\/   29.07.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                      offence under <a href=\"\/doc\/1560742\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections 302<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                   Considering that there is no eye witness to the<\/p>\n<p>                      occurrence and there is only suspicion cast against the petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>                      account of speculated motive, let the petitioner, above named, be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five<\/p>\n<p>                      thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other<\/p>\n<p>                      surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                      Sessions Trial No.411 of 2011,subject to the conditions (i) That one<\/p>\n<p>                      of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give<\/p>\n<p>                      an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner.
