Mr.Pandya read<br \/>\njail report and contended that applicant is given treatment by the<br \/>\njail authority. Therefore, he has contended that parole leave may not<br \/>\nbe granted to the present applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tFrom<br \/>\nthe contents of the application I do not find any substance in the<br \/>\ncase. Hence this application stands dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      (Z. K.
